Krina

This was Krina's first headshot session and look how much of a natural she is in front of the camera. Soooo expressive!

Giverny

I've know Giverny for a few years now, and I can't believe I didn't realize until I was shooting her headshots how she has ALL the facial features of Brooke Shields.

What a lovely lady.

NYC Wedding: Carla and Vieng

I have to say that I had such a great time getting to know Carla and Vieng and their families when I shot their wedding. The live in Texas, and New York is Carla's favorite city, so they decided to have their small ceremony where? At the base of the Statue of LIberty, of course! Here's a few of my favorites...

Below is a shot of Carla's best friend recounting the story of how, as they were on the top deck of the ferry, Carla's brother had just gotten done garnishing his hotdog when a greedy seagull swooped down and took a huge chunk of it. Then it just hovered over them with it hanging out of its mouth (or beak)! Too hilarious...

Engaged: Agnes and Kevin

I had such a great time with Kevin and Agnes when they came into the city for their engagement session. We did most of our shoot in Grand Central Terminal and then took a little walk to Bryant Park. They'll be getting married this fall up in Vermont, and I have to say I can't wait!

NY Wedding: Caroline and Donald

I had so much fun shooting Caroline and Donald's wedding as an associate for Jennifer Davis Photography. These people know how to love and they know how to dance--it's hard to say which they do with more enthusiasm :) It was amazing to see how they incorporated all the different parts of who they are into their reception, including a traditional Nigerian dollar dance. So much fun to photograph!

Their ceremony and reception were at the Marina del Rey and was coordinated by Sarah Pease and her team at Brilliant Event Planning. A big thanks to them and also to my amazing second shooter, Jordan.

Congratulations, Caroline and Donald!!
