Recent headshots

This is Jaime from San Antonio, TX, who is currently doing summer theatre at the Seaport in Mystic, CT.  Let me tell you what a trooper this lady is...she fractured a bone in her foot just a few days before her headshots so the whole session was done with her hobbling around on her one non-handicapped leg.   And she still managed to look gorgeous!

Debi and Owen

My niece and nephew, Debi and Owen, are the two most hilarious people I know.  I just took a week long vacation home to Minnesota and got a chance to really catch up with them.

Right away Owen had to show off his dirtbike skills.  Last year he had the training wheels on, but now he's graduated to just two.  But don't worry, Dad's still got a governor on the throttle.

Debi with her pal, Scooter.   He's been her buddy since she was a wee, bitty baby.

Showing me her snake and dino.  Debi's way into dinosaurs.

Silly...

A Wedding: Skye and Tara

Last weekend I had the pleasure (and I mean pleasure--a garden wedding in their backyard on a beautiful Saturday morning) of being at Tara and Skye's wedding to record their day.  What an amazing couple these two are!  They did their whole wedding in their own personal way, from the "Gluten-free, aguave-sweetened" brunch treats to the vows they wrote for one another and exchanged silently during the ceremony in place of rings.

Thanks, guys, for including me in your day--and a big, fat CONGRATULATIONS!  Here are a few of my favorite shots...

Tara and Skye met in a "How to Teach Pronunciation"  class, so Tara decorated their front door with a sign breaking down the vocabulary of their names.  Awesome.

After brunch, we all went on a walk to the Brooklyn Promenade for some family and friend portraits.

Baby a'comin!

My friends Adam and Becky are expecting a new, sweet, little baby in about a month.   We had a lot of fun yesterday shooting their maternity session at their apartment overlooking the new Yankee Stadium (they're still deciding whether the new baby's going to be a Yankees or Mets fan...)  Congratulations, you guys!
