NYC Wedding: Sarah and Eugene

For Sarah and Eugene's wedding, I got to shoot in two amazing locations in the city as a second shooter for Steve Depino. They started the day off at the Crosby St. Hotel, which is bursting with so much eclectic charm that I could have spent days photographing all the different colors and textures just in the bridal suite!

Their ceremony and reception were at the Puck Building, where the reception room was filled with black and white lounge couches as opposed to traditional tables. So much fun!

Kaarina and John

Kaarina and John tied the knot at the Royal Play del Carmen Resort in Mexico. I was there to second shoot for the amazing Ryan Jensen. Who can say that there's any kind of wedding more relaxing and care-free than one on a white sand beach?

Congratulations, you two!

NYC Wedding: Miriam and Jeff

Miriam and Jeff got married early this month at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers. I was there to second shoot for Jen Davis, and we all met up bright and early for a fun portrait session in the meatpacking district and on the Highline. Good times!

A gorgeous wedding with an amazing couple :)

Rainy Mexico

Lucky me, I got to spend last week in Mexico, thanks to Ryan Jensen who asked me to come down and second shoot a wedding with him. Since it was Jamie's birthday, we opted to stay a few extra days to enjoy the (rainy) beaches. Don't worry, that one day of full sun was still enough to get us ridiculously sunburnt. Thank you, Hotel Barrio Latino, for growing aloe plants right outside our front door.

Oh, and I got to swim with a sea turtle in the ocean that was as big as me--coolest day ever!
