NYC Wedding: Kate and Jon

Kate and Jon's wedding was truly their own. They chose a great spot for their ceremony and reception--The Housing Works Bookstore Cafe in SoHo, which converts from a retail thrift store/cafe by day into a quaint, cozy, romantic reception venue by night. So much charm there! Plus, there's not a lot that beats getting to use the streets of SoHo for portraits. Too much fun.

Congratulations Jon and Kate! And thanks so much to my amazing second shooter, Lindsay Flanagan.

NYC Maternity: Julia and Mark

Julia is just about as adorable of a little pregnant lady as you can get. I love shooting maternity sessions SO much--and theirs reminded me why :)

NYC Engagement: J and J

How awesome is it that J. and J. are going to have a 1920's themed wedding in August? And, they wanted their engagement shoot to go along with that style, so we spent last Sunday morning playing around with the flapper style in lower Manhattan, which is just the perfect setting. I SO can't wait to shoot their wedding--6 bridesmaids all with finger waves in their hair! It's going to be just beautiful :)
